Annual Committees Forum

Forum Overview: The Second Annual Committees Forum is a 1-1/2 day meeting; where members can exchange ideas and information on topics of interest. There will be presentations and round-table discussion on various issues facing and impacting the electric utility industry operations and planning.

Committee Forums:

Customer Connections Committee
The Customer Connections Committee provides members the means to exchange information and ideas on customer service operations, customer billing, credit and collections, revenue security, meter reading technology, public communications, marketing and employee training.

Engineering and Operations Committee
The Engineering and Operations Committee provides members and opportunity to exchange information on the operations and technical areas of the electric utility system. The general focus is on energy delivery, but includes topics such as mutual aid, T&D planning and operations, smart grid, vegetation management, and storm hardening.

Customer Service Managers, Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Representatives, Collection Managers, Collection Specialists, E&O Managers, T&D Managers and Superintendents, Electric Utility Directors, and other utility personnel.
